Last post for 2013! Happy Holidays!

Hello!

As the 2013 year comes to an end I would like to wish all of you a very happy and safe holiday season!  I hope you get to spend it with the ones you love and make every moment count.

Now - time to catch you up with what I have been up to over the past couple of months.  As you saw in my previous post I was a cow for Halloween.  Mama took a few pictures, but had a hard time getting a good one because I don't like to stand still for a second these days, I have to go, go go.  I did not get to go trick or treating as I was a little under the weather.

Mama and I went to a pumpkin patch, Lucky Ladd Farms in Eagleville, TN for Halloween.  There were so many fun things to do - a corn maze, tire swings, barrel rides, slides, and lots of pumpkins.

We went to cousin Harper's 4th birthday party in Roswell.  She had a princess dance party, it was fun to run around and watch all of the fairy princesses dance.

Thanksgiving was spent with mama's friends.  We went to Chuck and Connie's house and had a wonderful turkey dinner.  We had a very nice time and the highlight of my night was watching the fire and helping Chuck put wood in the fireplace.

Fast forward to December...

I participated in my first play.  It was through the daycare and I was dressed up as a reindeer with all of my classmates.  Mama said I just stood there and watched all of the others do the reindeer hokey pokey, but I was having fun.  After the play aunt Shelley and family came to visit along with Grandpa Steve and we went to the Ice exhibit at the Opry.  I was not a fan of the cold and I had a cold, but I had fun for the most part.

Mama, Kim, Benton and myself went to see the Dancing Lights of Christmas at Jellystone Park.  It was neat watching all of the lights dance to the music and afterward I got to sit on Santa's lap and feed goats.

We rode on an airplane to Florida to have fun in the sun and sand.  The weather was beautiful and I had a blast with cousins Leo and Teddy. We took a catamaran ride one day and the water was cold, but it was so much fun.  Mama buried my feet and hands in the sand and I got to look for buried treasures on the beach thanks to Judy, Teddy and Leo's grandma.  Grandpa Steve fed me breakfast a couple of mornings, I sure love bananas and oatmeal, just ask him.

Grandpa Steve drove us back to Nashville and spent Christmas with us.  We had homemade tacos and went to candlelight service on Christmas Eve.  On Christmas morning we opened lots of presents and had a wonderful turkey dinner.  We love having Grandpa here with us, he is pretty silly, just like me.

Here are some pictures from the past couple of months.  Enjoy and have a happy new year!

Fall is here!

HAPPY HALLOWEEN!
Hello there.  I am actually going to post for the month of October, but I am really cutting it close.  We have been pretty busy the last month and I have a few new pictures and videos to share.  The weather turned cold last week and we had to bust out our winter coats, no fun.

Since my last post I got croup.  It was real crummy - I had a fever, a horrible cough - mama said I sounded like a seal - and had to take a steroid to help me get better. It was no fun, but mama took very good care of me.

I went to the ear specialist, my left ear failed a hearing test at my 18 month checkup, this past Friday and the Doctor said my ear looked better than it did on my initial visit (fluid). He thinks that it will most likely clear up on it's own and he wants to see my again in 3 months for a follow up visit. Stay tuned for the outcome.

A couple of weekends ago we met up with aunt Shelley, cousin Finley, and cousin Harper in Chattanooga.  We took a ride on a choo choo train up to Lookout Mountain.  We also went swimming in the pool and had a pizza party!

We went to the zoo with a group of moms and their kiddos and made some new friends.  We also went to a Halloween party last weekend and made some more new friends.

Grandpa Steve is coming to visit real soon and we are very excited!  He will just be passing through on his way to Atlanta, but we can't wait to see him.

Enjoy the pictures and videos below, they are in random order.. Sorry :)

Oliver, Zoey, and me - we had our eyes on a prize!

Me eating dinner.

Here I am when I was sick with the croup - mama said she went to change the laundry and when she came back I was asleep on the floor in front of the gate so she put a blanket over me.

We just got home from the Mutt-Strutt with all the crazy doggies!  They had fun. From left to right - Dexter, Clifford, Oliver, and Zoey.

Me being silly with a fishy on my head, I love my new bath toys!  They are the foam numbers, letters, and sea creatures.
